Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Total Game Room. Because we specialize in large, premium game room furniture and equipment, our shipping process differs from standard parcel delivery. Please read the following carefully before placing your order.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods

Due to the size and weight of most of our products — including pool tables, shuffleboard tables, arcade machines, golf simulators, and kegerators — items are shipped via freight carrier. Freight shipments are delivered curbside unless a white-glove delivery upgrade is arranged.

  • Curbside Freight Delivery: The carrier will deliver your item to the curb or driveway. You are responsible for moving the item inside.
  • White-Glove Delivery: Available on select items. Includes room-of-choice delivery and basic assembly. Contact us at support@totalgameroom.com for availability and pricing.

Shipping Rates

  • Free Shipping on all orders over $500 within the contiguous United States.
  • Orders under $500 may be subject to a flat shipping fee calculated at checkout.

Delivery Timeframes

Standard freight delivery typically takes 5–14 business days after processing, depending on your location. Remote or rural areas may require additional time. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed.

Freight Delivery: Important Instructions

When your freight shipment arrives, please do the following:

  1. Inspect the packaging carefully before signing for the delivery.
  2. Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt / Bill of Lading.
  3. If damage is found, take photos immediately and contact us within 48 hours at support@totalgameroom.com.
  4. Do not refuse delivery unless instructed by our team — refused shipments without prior authorization may result in restocking and return freight fees.

Signing for a delivery without noting damage releases the carrier from liability. We cannot file a freight claim on your behalf without documented evidence at time of delivery.

International Shipping

We currently ship within the contiguous United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or internationally at this time.
