30-Day Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Items must be in their original, unused, unassembled condition with all original packaging and accessories
  • Items that have been assembled, used, or installed are not eligible for return
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required for all returns
  • Custom or made-to-order items are non-returnable unless defective
  • Sale or clearance items are final sale and non-returnable unless defective

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at support@totalgameroom.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. We will send a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 2 business days
  3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method — return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or we made an error

Restocking Fee
Non-defective change-of-mind returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, deducted from your refund. This covers processing and return handling costs.

Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when processed.

Defective or Incorrect Items
Contact us within 7 days of delivery for defective or incorrect items. Please include photos of the damage or defect in your email — this helps us process your claim quickly and arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost, including return shipping.

Large Item Returns
Pool tables, golf simulators, arcade cabinets, and other freight-shipped items may incur return freight fees. Please contact us before initiating a return so we can find the most cost-effective solution.

Exchanges
We're happy to exchange items for a different model or color. Contact us to discuss your options — exchanges are subject to product availability.
