Shipping Policy
Free Shipping on Orders Over $500
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $500 within the contiguous United States. For orders under $500, shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
Processing Time
Most in-stock items ship within 3–5 business days. Large items (pool tables, golf simulators, shuffleboard tables, arcade cabinets) require 5–10 business days to process and coordinate delivery.
Delivery Methods
Standard items are shipped via UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Large or heavy items are shipped via freight carrier with curbside delivery. White-glove delivery and room-of-choice placement may be available as an upgrade — contact us for details.
Delivery Timeframes
- Standard Items: 5–10 business days after processing
- Large Freight Items: 10–21 business days after processing
- Made-to-Order Items: 4–8 weeks (noted at checkout)
Shipping Area
We ship to the contiguous 48 United States only. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations.
Order Tracking
You will receive tracking information by email once your order ships. Freight deliveries will be scheduled by appointment with the carrier.
Damaged Items
Inspect all items upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged, refuse the delivery and contact us at support@totalgameroom.com immediately.
