At Total Game Room, we're committed to getting your order to you safely and efficiently. Please review our shipping information below.
Free Shipping
Orders of $500 or more qualify for free standard shipping within the contiguous United States (lower 48 states). Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout when your order total meets or exceeds $500.
Shipping Rates
- Orders under $500: Standard shipping rates apply and will be calculated at checkout based on your location and order size
- Orders $500 and over: Free standard shipping to the contiguous United States
- Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories: Additional shipping charges may apply — contact us for a quote
Shipping Methods & Timelines
Due to the large size and weight of most of our products (pool tables, game tables, arcade machines, etc.), items typically ship via freight carrier. Estimated delivery timelines:
- Standard freight shipping: 7–14 business days after order processing
- Order processing: 1–3 business days
Timelines are estimates and may vary based on your location, carrier availability, and other factors outside our control.
Freight & Large Item Delivery
Most of our products are shipped via freight due to their size and weight. For freight shipments:
- The carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment
- Curbside delivery is standard — the carrier will bring the item to the curb or end of your driveway
- Please inspect all items before signing for delivery and note any visible damage on the delivery receipt
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. For freight shipments, you may receive a tracking number or a direct call from the carrier to schedule delivery.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at support@totalgameroom.com with your order number and photos of any damage. We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
